We first talked to Carolyn in September, 2010, when we needed to lease a house in the Coachella Valley to be closer to a family member who was having serious medical problems. Because of the time constraints of the situation, we did not have time to travel from Texas to look at lease possibilities so we relied on Carolyn to find us the best place at the best price. She did not disappoint us and helped make our transition seamless.
Once our house in Texas sold, we then contacted Carolyn about finding a house for us to buy. Once again she never missed a beat. We have bought and sold houses for 47 years and was fortunate enough to have excellent realtors, but Carolyn has made it to the top of the list. She found us the perfect house, and was there to guide us through the entire process. Every time we asked if there was something more that we needed to do, she would reply "That is something that I take care of", and she always did.
